Last post: A piece of good advice from my f'list ...effort to get a little exercise every day, because I know the tiredness is partly a vicious cycle that feeds on itself if I'm not active. And now I'm also Hungry, and since I've worked a great deal of overtime beginning last spring which I am supposed to use up at some point along with all that vacation, I feel justified in leaving a little early today. And I have Monday as a vacation day, which...

Last post: Presumably, our pups have lives that happen when we aren't playing them, as none of us can play 24/7. Some of the things that happen are tedious and everyday, and not worth thinking much on: It's fair to assume they eat, bathe, go to "work" or school as it applies, etc. But there might be things that happen between pups that, while not necessarily requiring a thread, are important to note for the...

Last post: Don't stop. Don't ever stop. ...think of this as an excoriation of non runners, of those who stand on the sidelines and cheer as we plod along. It is not a pedestal for marathoners, nor a consecration of those who are compelled to run great distances. For good or ill it is what it is and should be taken as such. Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend ...

Take all the shit that they give you and don't forget to hold it in (thats the most important part). I caught them pleasuring themselves furiously over my misery. I let it happen. I let it come to this. The warning signs were there and for fucks sake, I thought I was stronger ...

Last post: how does one understand ignorance? there's so much of it, and failing to understand why it exists and where it comes from makes me painfully aware of the extent of my own. my failure to understand blatant, head-smacking ignorance is a failure to understand a very large swath of humanity. where do i begin?

Last post: A Question Since I have a "smart phone" (a term that is rapidly dying, and being replaced just with "phone"; maybe I should clarify as "internet-enabled phone"), does this mean that I should use Twitter? It would probably mean I would blog less (if that were possible), but I could get some syndication set up and make it look like I'm actually saying more.
